Making Hypertufa Garden Pots Wear rubber gloves. Recipe: 1 part Quickrete 1 part perlite 1 part peat moss 1 part (slightly less) water Mix. Form into a ball. Make the base at least 2 inches thick if the planter is to be large. Use sticks to reinforce mold and to push holes in the bottom for water drainage.
